PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD - At the conclusion of all other agenda items, the Transportation Policy Board (TPB) will allow for a public comment period, not to exceed fifteen minutes, to receive public comment on any other matter that is under the jurisdiction of the TPB. No action will be taken. Each speaker will be allowed a maximum of three minutes. Speakers must be signed up prior to the beginning of the public comment period. 

Persons with disabilities who plan to attend this meeting and who may need auxiliary aids or services are requested to contact Sue Ann Stephens (903) 813-3523 two (2) working days prior to the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

This is a special / emergency meeting due to the Federal Stimulus Package in order to approve changes to the MTP & TIP. The due date for submittal of agenda items, names of speakers, and any attachments is March 18, 2009 by 5:00p.m.✰
